Sales Executive / Senior Sales Exec
Job Scope
- Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research and other sales activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers within the printing and packaging market.
- Conduct sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitors' activities.
- Follow up closely with customers to ensure smooth order progression and customer satisfaction.
- Work towards and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience in sales, particularly within the printing and packaging industry, will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience dealing with factory, manufacturing or B2B customers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client visits and business development activities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
