Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers.

  • Promote the company’s industrial coating and electroplating services to B2B clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and support company growth.

  • Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat business.

  • Work closely with internal production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.

  • Travel to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and business development activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.

  • Experience in engineering products, industrial coatings, electroplating services, or related industrial solutions will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and promote technical products and services to factory-based customers.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve business objectives.

  • Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
