Who is Polymorph Recruitment?
Polymorph Recruitment is a Malaysian HR outsourcing company based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. We provide recruitment, HR outsourcing, HR consultancy, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and training services to SMEs, startups and multinational companies. Our recruitment is built on detailed screening, so the people we place fit the role, fit the team and stay. Through our network of EOR partners, we also help companies hire talent in other countries before setting up a local company.
Our story
Polymorph Recruitment started from a passion for recruitment: helping people find the right job, and helping companies find the right person for each role.
Some people say good recruiters can spot talent at a glance. We believe the best matches come from careful, detailed screening: understanding what a role really needs, what a company’s culture is like, and what each candidate brings. That takes more time than pushing CVs, but it is how you make hires that last.
Our founder spent 13 years in HR at multinational companies, seeing first-hand what good hiring and good HR management look like, and the cost of getting them wrong. Polymorph brings that experience to companies of every size.
