Sales Executive/ Business Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:

Actively source and develop new clients within Malaysia

Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and SME clients

Conduct face-to-face client meetings (office, client site, or appointed locations)

Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
-
Promote and close cases for:
-
Insurance / Takaful (Medical, Health & Family)
-
Unit Trust / Investment-linked products
-
SME financial solutions
-
Mortgage-related services
-
-
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to case submission and closure
-
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
-
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (insurance, financial services, SME sales, or related fields)

Background in insurance or financial services is an advantage
-
TBE (Takaful Basic Examination) license is preferred but not compulsory
-
Candidates without the license may still be considered
-
Successful candidates will be supported to obtain the license (costs claimable)

Comfortable with face-to-face sales and client servicing

Able to independently source leads and close cases
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with commission-based income
