Project Manager (Interior Design)

Job Summary
Our client provides end-to-end interior design and project management services for residential and commercial projects. They are looking for a Project Manager who reports directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop project goals and strategies with management.
– Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditure.
– Lead client, consultant, contractor and internal meetings, and distribute minutes.
– Ensure project deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.
– Assess project risks and propose solutions.
– Take design briefs from clients and issue construction and as-built drawings.
– Handle local authority submissions.

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
– 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, architecture or consultancy.
– Good understanding of the design and construction process.
– Experience issuing construction and as-built drawings.
– Exposure to local authority submissions is an advantage.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
– Willing to travel to project sites and authority offices.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM5,000 to RM7,500
Commission (approx. RM18,000 per year)
Phone and petrol allowance: RM500
Monthly team events and yearly overseas trip
EPF, SOCSO & EIS

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
