Marketing & Student Recruitment Executive
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract student enrolments

Manage digital marketing channels (social media, ads, campaigns, content)

Generate leads through online and offline channels (events, partnerships, education fairs)

Engage with prospective students and provide consultation on programs

Convert inquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly recruitment targets

Build partnerships with schools, agents, and education institutions
-
Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
-
Maintain CRM database of leads, prospects, and enrolled students
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, content marketing)

Proven ability to achieve sales or enrollment targets

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage prospective students

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (a MUST for handling international students)

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
