Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract student enrolments

  • Manage digital marketing channels (social media, ads, campaigns, content)

  • Generate leads through online and offline channels (events, partnerships, education fairs)

  • Engage with prospective students and provide consultation on programs

  • Convert inquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly recruitment targets

  • Build partnerships with schools, agents, and education institutions

  • Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts

  • Maintain CRM database of leads, prospects, and enrolled students

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, content marketing)

  • Proven ability to achieve sales or enrollment targets

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage prospective students

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (a MUST for handling international students)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
