Frontline Manager cum Sales

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through consultation and package sales.

  • Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and promotions based on customers’ needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer retention activities.

  • Monitor frontline operations and ensure service standards are maintained.

  • Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

  • Work closely with therapists and clinic staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  • Prepare sales reports and monitor outlet performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetic clinics, medispa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record.

  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.

  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
