Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Work closely with the technical team on project requirements

  • Achieve sales targets and company revenue goals

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Attend meetings, networking events, and client presentations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–3 years experience in sales or business development (preferred)

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Basic knowledge of IT/software services is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience in API integration is an advantage

  • Must possess own transport
