Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

  • Identify, recruit, and manage student recruitment agents and partners.

  • Drive student enrolment and programme recruitment activities.

  • Develop new business opportunities, including summer school programmes, training projects, and education-related initiatives.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Monitor market trends and recommend growth opportunities.

  • Lead and oversee daily business operations and team performance.

  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, education management, or partnership development.
    • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in student recruitment or the education industry is highly preferred.
    • Able to work independently and drive business growth.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
