Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

Identify, recruit, and manage student recruitment agents and partners.

Drive student enrolment and programme recruitment activities.

Develop new business opportunities, including summer school programmes, training projects, and education-related initiatives.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, and strategic partners.

Monitor market trends and recommend growth opportunities.

Lead and oversee daily business operations and team performance.

Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, education management, or partnership development.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in student recruitment or the education industry is highly preferred.
• Able to work independently and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
