Sales Executive/ Business Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and develop new clients within Malaysia

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and SME clients

  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings (office, client site, or appointed locations)

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions

  • Promote and close cases for:

    • Insurance / Takaful (Medical, Health & Family)

    • Unit Trust / Investment-linked products

    • SME financial solutions

    • Mortgage-related services

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to case submission and closure

  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (insurance, financial services, SME sales, or related fields)

  • Background in insurance or financial services is an advantage

  • TBE (Takaful Basic Examination) license is preferred but not compulsory

    • Candidates without the license may still be considered

    • Successful candidates will be supported to obtain the license (costs claimable)

  • Comfortable with face-to-face sales and client servicing

  • Able to independently source leads and close cases

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with commission-based income

  • Candidates from commercial insurance or financial sales backgrounds are welcome to apply
