Supplement Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical)

Job Summary
Our client is an emerging pharmaceutical company, established in Malaysia in 2024 with its headquarters in Singapore, specialising in the distribution and retail of premium pharmaceutical and supplement products for healthcare professionals and consumers across the region. They are looking for a Supplement Sales Representative to promote their products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, build strong relationships and drive sales, while also supporting social media content and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
– Promote and sell supplement products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and follow up on leads and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare sales proposals.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets, and provide accurate and timely sales activity reports.
– Handle customer enquiries promptly and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
– Monitor industry trends, market conditions, customer feedback and competitor activities.
– Attend conferences, trade shows and training sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
– Create, capture and edit engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories) for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and digital content with campaigns.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Life Sciences or Business).
– Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
– Strong understanding of the aesthetic industry; prior experience with aesthetic doctors and dermatologists in Malaysia is a must.
– Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
– Social media savvy, with hands-on experience creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
– Basic photography and videography skills, including editing and uploading content.
– Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance; proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Valid driving licence, own transport and willing to travel frequently.
– Self-motivated, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM5,000 to RM7,000
Commission (to be confirmed)
Transport allowance (to be confirmed)
EPF, SOCSO & EIS
Accessible by public transport (5 to 10 minutes from Subang Jaya LRT station, Kelana Jaya Line)

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
