Service Staff
Service Staff (Front of House):

Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner, communicating in English to ensure a positive dining experience.

Present and explain menu items clearly, and accurately serve food and beverages to tables.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in the dining area at all times.

Support smooth restaurant operations during peak and non-peak hours, ensuring efficient table turnover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification/ equivalent

Good English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for Service Staff to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Preferred: Professional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Hokkien will be considered a strong advantage.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Candidates must possess their own transport and be able to commute to and from work independently.
Working Days: 6 days work week
Working Hours: Mon– Sunday 5.30PM-1.00AM (Wednesday – off) [8 hours including 1 hour rest time)
