Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend project meetings, site inspections, and resolve technical issues when required.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes of practice, and authority requirements.
Prepare engineering reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering.
Experience handling industrial projects such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics facilities, or similar developments.
Proficient in relevant structural analysis/design software.
Good understanding of local engineering standards, building codes, and authority submission requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
