Junior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Process customers’ deposit (DP) and withdrawal (WD) transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Handle daily financial transaction processing using the company’s internal systems and bank platforms.

  • Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), security protocols, and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor transaction statuses and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

  • Identify and escalate any irregular or exceptional transactions to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve transaction-related issues.

  • Perform repetitive operational tasks with a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Protect confidential financial and customer information at all times.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or related subjects

  • Able to communicate verbally in Mandarin/Chinese.

  • Able to read and write in both Chinese and English.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC.

  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.

  • Able to work in a highly structured, SOP-driven environment.

EPF, Socso, EIS

  • Year End Bonus: Minimum 1 month & based on performance

  • Food Allowance: RM250

  • Full Attendance Allowance: RM300 (N/A if have EL/MC)

  • Night Shift Allowance: RM500

  • MC Claim: RM350 pa

  • Dental Claim: RM100 pa

  • Public Holiday: Based on MY / Handbook

  • Annual Leave: 0 – 2Y = 12 / 2 – 5Y = 14 / 5Y+ = 20

  • Medical/Sick Leave: 10 days per annual

  • Other leaves: Available

  • Monthly Performance Commission

    • Earn up to RM1,800 per month.

    • Commission is calculated based on:

      • 30% – Overall company performance.

      • 70% – Individual performance, including productivity and overtime contribution.

  • Quarterly KPI Incentive

    • Earn up to RM1,000 per quarter.

    • This incentive is separate from the monthly commission.

    • Assessment is based on:

      • Part A: Work attitude, discipline, and professionalism.

      • Part B: Performance metrics, including overtime contribution, SOP compliance, and operational accuracy.
