Junior Finance Executive
Responsibilities:

Process customers’ deposit (DP) and withdrawal (WD) transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle daily financial transaction processing using the company’s internal systems and bank platforms.

Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Monitor transaction statuses and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
-
Identify and escalate any irregular or exceptional transactions to the appropriate personnel.
-
Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation.
-
Work closely with internal departments to resolve transaction-related issues.
-
Perform repetitive operational tasks with a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-
Protect confidential financial and customer information at all times.
-
Continuously learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and operational requirements.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or related subjects

Able to communicate verbally in Mandarin/Chinese.
-
Able to read and write in both Chinese and English.
-
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC.
-
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
-
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
-
Able to work in a highly structured, SOP-driven environment.

Monthly Performance Commission

Earn up to RM1,800 per month.

Commission is calculated based on:

30% – Overall company performance.
-
70% – Individual performance, including productivity and overtime contribution.

Quarterly KPI Incentive

Earn up to RM1,000 per quarter.

This incentive is separate from the monthly commission.

Assessment is based on:

Part A: Work attitude, discipline, and professionalism.

Part B: Performance metrics, including overtime contribution, SOP compliance, and operational accuracy.
