Service Staff

Service Staff (Front of House):

  • Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner, communicating in English to ensure a positive dining experience.

  • Present and explain menu items clearly, and accurately serve food and beverages to tables.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in the dining area at all times.

  • Support smooth restaurant operations during peak and non-peak hours, ensuring efficient table turnover and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification/ equivalent

  • Good English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for Service Staff to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Preferred: Professional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Hokkien will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong team-oriented mindset.

  • Candidates must possess their own transport and be able to commute to and from work independently.

Working Days: 6 days work week
Working Hours: Mon– Sunday 5.30PM-1.00AM (Wednesday – off) [8 hours including 1 hour rest time)
