AI Operations Manager

Position Summary

This role focuses on AI implementation, system integration, automation, cyber security, and data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered systems, integrating business applications, improving operational efficiency through automation, and ensuring system security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

  • Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions, including internal AI assistants and chatbot systems

  • Deploy and optimize AI tools and Large Language Models (LLM) to improve business productivity

  • Develop workflow automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across business functions

System Integration

  • Integrate internal systems, applications, and databases through APIs and automation platforms

  • Manage and improve data flow between business systems

  • Support implementation and optimization of internal applications and operational systems

Infrastructure & Security

  • Set up, maintain, and monitor servers and system infrastructure

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data

  • Manage user access control, system security, backup, and recovery processes

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Data & Analytics

  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making

  • Develop dashboards and data visualization solutions

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields

  • 2 years of relevant experience, how to link AI with our daily work tasks

  • Familiar with Python, SQL, automation, and data analysis tools

  • Experience with Linux / Windows Server

  • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and AI / LLM

  • Experience in system implementation and API integration

  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills responsibility Added Advantages

  • Experience deploying private AI or local LLM solutions

  • Experience with ERP, POS, HRMS, CRM, or other business systems

  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience in RPA and workflow automation

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
