Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design modern, clean, visually appealing, and conversion-focused user interfaces for websites and web applications.

• Translate business goals, product requirements, and user needs into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Deliver high-quality design work efficiently, completing smaller design tasks within the same day and larger projects within approximately three weeks.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, usability, and conversion through thoughtful design recommendations and UX enhancements.

• Create supporting visual assets, including banners, icons, mascots, illustrations, and other graphics required for digital products and marketing campaigns.

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across websites and web applications.

• Produce well-structured, comprehensive, and implementation-ready designs that minimize unnecessary revisions and development rework.

• Take ownership of design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product design quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern website and web application designs.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user behaviour, information architecture, layout, typography, spacing, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficient in industry-standard UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively solve design challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

• Comfortable working within the iGaming industry.

• Willing to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remotely).

• Must possess a personal laptop or workstation capable of handling professional design work.

Preferred:

• Experience designing digital products within the iGaming, entertainment, gaming, or other performance-driven industries.

• Experience creating motion-ready design assets or preparing files for animation and motion graphics.

• Familiarity with front-end development constraints and experience collaborating closely with software developers.

• Experience building, managing, and scaling comprehensive design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
