Registration & Student Services Officer
Job Summary
Our client, a company in the education – english proficiency (muet) training, exam services & student recruitment (malaysia–china) industry, is looking for a Registration & Student Services Officer based in Megan Avenue II, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
- Our client is a fast-growing education provider specialising in English proficiency training and examination services, particularly MUET. As an authorised partner working with government bodies and international institutions, it delivers certified programmes and standardised testing, and supports cross-border education pathways between Malaysia and China. Its services cover student recruitment, training, exam administration and university placement across hubs in Asia, aligned with global standards such as CEFR.

- Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries, admissions and registration
- Maintain accurate student records and the CRM
- Assist with student onboarding and documents
- Coordinate programme registrations and admin matters
- Provide front-line student support
- Prepare reports and keep proper records
- Remuneration:
- Basic salary RM2,500 – RM3,000
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Location: Megan Avenue II, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, Customer Service or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills in English and Mandarin
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
