Business Development Executive (HR Services)
Job Summary
Polymorph Recruitment is an HR outsourcing company based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, providing recruitment, HR outsourcing, HR consultancy, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and training services to SMEs, startups and multinational companies. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and build long-term partnerships with employers in Malaysia and overseas. This role is open to fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in business development and HR services.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and approach potential clients through research, cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking.
– Introduce and present Polymorph Recruitment’s services, including recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll and EOR.
– Understand clients’ hiring and HR needs and propose suitable solutions.
– Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to close new business.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
– Work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.
– Keep accurate records of leads, meetings and pipeline in the company’s tracking system.
– Attend networking events and support marketing activities when required.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales, business development or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
– Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
– Confident, proactive and comfortable reaching out to new clients.
– Target-driven, organised and able to work independently and in a team.
– Interest in HR, recruitment and business services.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM3,500
Attractive commission on successful client sign-ups and placements

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
