Early Childhood Educator - English (2 Openings)

Job Summary
Our client is a premier education centre for multisensory structured language (Orton-Gillingham Approach) and specific learning disorders, delivering evidence-based, internationally recognised teaching methods to help children improve, build confidence and rediscover their love for learning. They are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators (English) to teach children with literacy challenges at their education centre. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
– Plan, supervise and implement holistic, developmentally appropriate lessons according to the curriculum framework.
– Engage and motivate children through experiential and hands-on activities, fostering their interest in learning.
– Prepare teaching materials and create a stimulating, pleasant learning environment.
– Observe and monitor each child’s learning progress and development.
– Manage all aspects of the classroom and carry out routine care duties to ensure children’s hygiene and safety.
– Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.
– Work closely with the team and organise and participate in centre events.

Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Loves working with children and passionate about making a difference in their learning.
– Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Able to work independently as well as within a team.
– Willing to learn and be trained in teaching children with literacy challenges.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM2,500
