Kitchen Staff (Back of House):

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and execution of dishes in collaboration with the Kitchen Leader.

Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimal wastage.

Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards while maintaining an organised kitchen workspace.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification/ equivalent

Good English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for Service Staff to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Preferred: Professional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Hokkien will be considered a strong advantage.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Candidates must possess their own transport and be able to commute to and from work independently.
Working Days: 6 days work week
Working Hours: Mon– Sunday 5.30PM-1.00AM (Wednesday – off) [8 hours including 1 hour rest time)
