Responsibilities:

  • Handle student enquiries, admissions, and registration processes.

  • Maintain accurate student records and CRM databases.

  • Assist with onboarding and student documentation.

  • Coordinate programme registrations and administrative matters.

  • Provide front-line support and student services.

  • Prepare reports and maintain proper records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, Customer Service, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
