Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and handle price enquiries

  • Assist in handling documentation and coordination for government and company-related procedures

  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth workflow

  • Support general office and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or technical background preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Possess a valid driving license

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
