Admin / Front Desk Executive
Responsibilities:

Handle student registration, enrollment documentation, and record management

Manage class schedules, timetables, and room coordination

Provide front desk support, including answering inquiries and assisting walk-in students

Coordinate exam-related administration and documentation

Maintain student databases and ensure accuracy of records

Support communication between students, teachers, and management

Handle payments, receipts, and basic financial tracking (if required)

Ensure overall office organization and administrative efficiency
Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles (education environment preferred)

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Friendly, presentable, and customer-service oriented

Good communication skills in English and fluent Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to handle basic coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently
