Responsibilities:

  • Handle student registration, enrollment documentation, and record management

  • Manage class schedules, timetables, and room coordination

  • Provide front desk support, including answering inquiries and assisting walk-in students

  • Coordinate exam-related administration and documentation

  • Maintain student databases and ensure accuracy of records

  • Support communication between students, teachers, and management

  • Handle payments, receipts, and basic financial tracking (if required)

  • Ensure overall office organization and administrative efficiency

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles (education environment preferred)

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Friendly, presentable, and customer-service oriented

  • Good communication skills in English and fluent Mandarin

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle basic coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently
