Backend PHP Developer

Job Summary
Our client is an IT solutions provider specialising in digital transformation, custom software, web and mobile applications, e-commerce platforms and system integration. They are looking for a Backend PHP Developer to build and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain web applications using PHP.
– Write clean, secure and efficient code.
– Integrate APIs and third-party services.
– Troubleshoot, test and debug applications.
– Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
– Maintain databases and optimise performance.
– Take part in system design and technical discussions.

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
– 2 to 3 years of PHP development experience (Laravel or similar framework preferred).
– Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
– Proficient in MySQL or other relational databases.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage.
– Familiar with Git.
– Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Own transport.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM4,000 to RM5,000
EPF, SOCSO & EIS
Office-based (no work-from-home option)
Near Ara Damansara LRT station

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
