Interior Designer (based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Design Manager and be a part of the Design Team.

• Involved in the design work for events, interior design and work along with Architectural Firms.

• Able to complete multiple projects with datelines.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and the function of the space.

• Create design concepts, mood boards, and sketches to present ideas.

• Create technical drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D renderings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale(酷家乐) or Revit.

• Provide quotations for clients.

• Work with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are feasible and executed properly.

• Prepare quotations for clients (including materials, costing, and scope breakdown.

• Attend site visits to check progress and address issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent,

• At least 3-4 years of experience in the interior design, renovation or architectural industries.

• Commercial projects experience will be a definite advantage (working on interior design projects for commercial spaces, rather than for private homes)

• Able to handle client communication, design development, and project management.

• Experienced in preparing quotations for clients (including materials, costing, and scope breakdown).

• Able to manage projects independently and follow up with suppliers and site teams

• Proficient in AutoCAD, kujiale (酷家乐), Photoshop, Sketchup

• Creative individual with a good design flair.

• Able to contribute ideas and design proposals.

• Organized, meticulous, and detailed and passionate about design.

• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
