Client Service Executive
Position: Client Service Executive (ERP System)
Location: Petaling Jaya
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow up on qualified sales leads identified by the Business Development Manager.

Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing leads to maximize sales opportunities for ERP systems.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches to showcase the benefits of ERP solutions, enabling businesses to optimize operations and efficiency.

Manage customer accounts effectively, promptly addressing and resolving any concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and create good relationships.

Consistently achieve targets through effective presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong passion for client servicing and following up on qualified leads, with a drive to earn high commissions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Ability to work independently and proactively follow-up on qualified leads and close deals.
