Business Development Executive
Position : Business Development Executive
Location: Kepong, KL
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new business streams and oversee the execution of Business to achieve short- and long-term business objectives

Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities and new business leads base on financial goals and targets provided

Lead research and market scan to make recommendations to Director about the viability new business opportunities
-
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients/customers to facilitate deal closing. Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and new clients.

Establish long-term relationships with potential key clients/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities.

Develop suitable tactical plans to meet business priorities

Implement sales strategies
-
Generate news leads by identifying target clients and/or relevant contacts

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

Participate in industry and client networking
-
Provide after-sales support
-
Track and record activity on accounts and help close deals to meet targets
-
Render support for meetings, events or roadshows for promoting the business
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Qualifications related to the functional know-how work area will be considered, such as Marketing and sales, business administration, finance or accounting, etc.

At least 1-3 years’ relevant experience in new business development and client servicing.

Solid knowledge/understanding and proven track record in field business development.

Strong ability to analyze business challenges, problem solving; and results-driven.

Demonstrate financial and business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills.

Proven client and customer account management skills, strong customer, and service orientation.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Fluent in Mandarin/English/BM (written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal and business networking skills.
