Senior Sales Executive - B2B (Native Mandarin Speakers)

Position: Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive

Location: Batu Caves, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales activities, focusing on acquiring and maintaining business clients (distributors, food manufacturers, restaurant, wellness centers, TCM stores, etc.).

  • Promote and sell bird’s nest products to new and existing clients locally and potentially overseas.

  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong long-term business relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build the company’s profile and generate leads.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Preferred background in the bird’s nest industry or food ingredient/ trading business.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive business development efforts.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
