Senior Sales Executive - B2B (Native Mandarin Speakers)
Position: Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive
Location: Batu Caves, Selangor
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage B2B sales activities, focusing on acquiring and maintaining business clients (distributors, food manufacturers, restaurant, wellness centers, TCM stores, etc.).

Promote and sell bird’s nest products to new and existing clients locally and potentially overseas.

Identify new market opportunities and establish strong long-term business relationships.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build the company’s profile and generate leads.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.

Preferred background in the bird’s nest industry or food ingredient/ trading business.

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and drive business development efforts.

Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
