Position: Telemarketing Agent (Intern)
Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Make proactive calls to potential customers.

• Introduce products/services and highlight their benefits.

• Build rapport and establish a positive connection with customers.

• Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Stay informed about product/service features and updates.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate politely to all customers

• Enthusiastic and self motivated with strong desire to earn high income.

• Internship duration of 3-6 month(s).
