Senior Project Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive end-to-end architectural project delivery, from design development through to construction completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost objectives are met.

• Oversee the production and coordination of detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and technical specifications.

• Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide leadership and guidance to internal project teams, ensuring design intent and technical standards are consistently upheld.

• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and proactively resolve design and technical challenges.

• Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements, building codes, and industry regulations.

• Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables, reporting progress and risks to stakeholders.

• Drive value engineering initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural project delivery, with proven experience handling mid-to-large scale developments.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in architectural and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

• Solid technical expertise in construction detailing, authority submissions, and coordination with structural and M&E disciplines.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks effectively.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Mandarin-speaking is required due to stakeholder communication needs.

• Experience in healthcare or institutional projects will be a strong advantage.
