Position: Part Time Sales Coordinator (Hybrid)

Location: Segambut, KL

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and follow through on all sales activities with clients and suppliers until sales are closed and invoiced.

  • Maintain regular communication with sales team members to provide updates on sales status and coordinate efforts.

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documents as needed.

  • Manage sales-related data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, and handling correspondence.

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

  • Fluent spoken and written business English.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages is a plus.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.

  • Basic computer operation skills, particularly with web platforms.

  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

  • Quick-witted with a coachable attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
