Part Time Sales Coordinator
Position: Part Time Sales Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Segambut, KL
Responsibilities:

Follow up and follow through on all sales activities with clients and suppliers until sales are closed and invoiced.

Maintain regular communication with sales team members to provide updates on sales status and coordinate efforts.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documents as needed.

Manage sales-related data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, and handling correspondence.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

Fluent spoken and written business English.

Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages is a plus.

Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Basic computer operation skills, particularly with web platforms.

Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Quick-witted with a coachable attitude and the ability to work independently.
