Beauty Trainer / Brand Ambassador (Native Mandarin speakers)
Responsibilities:
- 
Training Delivery: - 
Conduct in-depth product knowledge training sessions for all professional beauty brands distributed by the company, covering ingredients, benefits, usage, and contraindications. 
- 
Lead hands-on practical training for various treatment protocols (e.g., facials, body treatments, specialized therapies) ensuring correct application and technique. 
- 
Develop and deliver training on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and client consultation skills to help partners maximize their retail potential. 
- 
Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and levels of experience (e.g., new hires, refresher courses, advanced workshops). 
- 
Provide on-site training and support at client salons/spas/clinics as needed.

Content Development & Updates: - 
Assist in the development and refinement of training manuals, presentations, educational materials, and assessment tools. 
- 
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and scientific advancements in beauty and skincare. 
- 
Integrate new product launches and updated protocols into existing training modules. 
 
-

Performance Monitoring & Support: - 
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through practical assessments, feedback, and post-training follow-ups. 
- 
Provide constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to trainees to ensure continuous improvement. 
- 
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs that support business objectives and sales targets. 
- 
Address technical queries and provide expert advice to beauty professionals.

Brand Advocacy & Relationship Building: - 
Act as a professional and knowledgeable ambassador for all distributed brands. 
- 
Build strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust. 
- 
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and educational seminars as required.

Administration: - 
Maintain accurate training records and participant attendance. 
- 
Prepare training reports and provide insights on training effectiveness and areas for improvement. 
- 
Manage training schedules and logistics efficiently.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 
Education: Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, SKM) are highly advantageous. 
- 
Experience: - 
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician in a salon, spa, or clinic environment. 
- 
Proven experience in a training role within the beauty industry is highly preferred. 
- 
Experience with professional-grade skincare products and aesthetic equipment is essential.

Language: Proficient in Mandarin and English. Ability to communicate in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese) is a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia to conduct training sessions. 
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM4500 to RM6000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Hours: Mon – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
