Responsibilities

Overseeing company sop standard.

Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

Organizing Staff Schedule

Maintaining Safety and food quality standard

Keeping track of employees hours
-
Supervising daily shift operations
-
Ensuring all end of the day cash outs are correctly completed

Coordinating daily front and back of house operations
-
Controlling operational cost and identifying ways to cut waste

Appraising staff performance
-
Interviewing / recruiting new employees
-
Interacting with guest to get feedback on product quality and service.

Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies
-
client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.

Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
Requirement
-
Diploma in business administration or a similar field.
-
5-10 years in F&B experience.
-
Proven customer service experience.
-
Good understanding of useful computer programs
-
Good organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
