Position: SEO Executive
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:

As an integral part of their team, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, collaborate with the SEO team, and enhance the effectiveness of our SEO department.

You’ll work alongside developers and content creators in our office, with access to strategic leadership for consultation and ideation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results-oriented solutions for clients of varying sizes.

SEO-SPECIFIC

Willingness to learn all facets of the company’s SEO practice, from client setup to processes and execution.

Master various aspects of SEO, including general website analysis, keyword research, technical audits, copywriting, content marketing, and user experience for clients’ websites and internal brand websites.

Contribute to the development and management of content marketing and outreach campaigns.

Help expand and improve offerings in local, social, and mobile SEO.

Utilize SEO reporting tools and web analytics to monitor and assess SEO performance across major search channels, enhancing visibility, rankings, and tracking KPIs.

Hands-on use of SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush for keyword research, site analysis, and link analysis.

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and website speed optimization.

Proficiency in conducting competitive analysis and identifying areas where clients can outperform competitors in their respective industries.
CLIENT-SPECIFIC

Oversee day-to-day management of SEO projects.

Monitor and prepare SEO reports.

Assist in formulating overall strategies and tactics required to achieve client objectives.

Review client deliverables to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Provide clients with thoughts on SEO and related digital marketing trends.

Maintain excellent communication through phone, email, and direct interactions.
Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Develop campaign plans for new accounts, considering both new websites and those with existing history.

Conduct keyword research to identify traffic opportunities.

Execute on-page and technical optimization tasks.

Strong communication skills for client interactions.

Proficiency in Analytics, Search Console, aHrefs, SEMrush.

Understanding of content mapping, site structure, and page relevance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to develop customized SEO strategies.

Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
