Senior Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive branding and social media
strategies to elevate the Clinic’s online presence -
Create compelling, visually-striking content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn & etc.

Manage and monitor our social media platforms, engaging with our audience and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points

Analyse social media metrics and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise our strategies

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend innovative ways to enhance our online engagement

Support the development and maintenance of our website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity
Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, bonus if within the healthcare industry

Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding and social media campaigns

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for content creation and audience engagement

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create captivating, on-brand content

Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and think
strategically to achieve business goals -
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM6,500 – 10,000 (based on experience), excluding incentive and commission
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
