Sales & Marketing Exec

Position: Sales & Marketing Exec
Location: Shah Alam

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop Marketing Campaigns; Create and run campaigns to promote confinement services, targeting new and expecting parents.

2. Generate Leads and Build Relationships; Find and connect with potential clients and partners, including hospitals and clinics.

3. Manage Social Media and Content; Oversee social media accounts, website, and marketing materials to build brand awareness.

4. Client Consultation; Meet with prospective clients to discuss services, answer questions, and address their needs.

5. Track Sales Performance; Monitor sales numbers, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Organize Events; Plan and attend events like expos to promote services and attract clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Experience

  • 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or maternity services.

• Skills

  • Good communication skills for connecting with clients.

  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.

  • Comfortable analyzing data and trends.

• Other

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Flexible schedule, including some weekends for events.

  • Understanding of confinement care or postnatal services is a plus.
