Salesforce Specialist

Position: Salesforce Specialist
Location: Onsite Office in Oval Damansara, TTDI, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director, based at the CRM Dept.

  • Work closely with a dynamic team to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within the CRM system

  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows within the CRM system

  • Handles Retargeting Solutions such as: Whatsapp Blasting, Messenger Blasting, SMS Blasting platforms.

  • Identify data pattern & data accuracy

  • Microsoft Excel data sorting

  • Planning, design, strategize and propose an implementation plan to enhance the usability within the CRM system

  • Stay up-to-date with CRM platforms updates and new features, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce.

  • Understanding of Salesforce navigation, customization and configuration.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • A desire to learn new skills.
