  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in the logistic industry

  • Preferably someone with a diploma or degree in related field would be fit

  • Must possess transportation

  • Native Mandarin speaker
