Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kampar, Perak
Responsibilities

Provides leadership to push the sales target

Motivates and encourages team quotas are met

Reviews and analyses sales, operational records and reports; uses data to project sales; determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new market.

Identifies and Analyze customer preferences.

Assign and set quotas for the team

Prepares sales budget , monitors and approves expenses

Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operation.
Requirement
-
Diploma in relevant field.

5-10 years in F&B experience.
-
Proven customer service experience.

Good understanding of useful computer programs
-
Good organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
