Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies. 
- 
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team. 
- 
Set and track sales targets for your team. 
- 
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 
- 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 
- 
Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, logistics and finance teams. 
- 
Provide training and support to sales representatives. 
- 
Monitor and report on sales performance. 
- 
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
- 
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. 
- 
Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints. 
- 
Participate in industry conferences and events. 
- 
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities. 
- 
Develop and manage sales budgets. 
- 
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. 
- 
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers. 
- 
Implement and manage customer loyalty programs. 
- 
Ensure that sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Evaluate and improve sales processes and tools.

Recruit and onboard new sales team members. 
Requirements:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Science related. 
- 
Minimum 5 years of experience in Malaysia aesthetic industry promoting either aesthetic pharmaceutical products or medical devices. 
- 
Proven experience a/Pharmaceutical Sales Manager or similar role. 
- 
Prior experience with aesthetic doctors and dermatologists in Malaysia is preferred 
- 
Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
- 
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. 
- 
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
- 
Ability to analyse market trends and sales data. 
- 
Strong problem-solving skills. 
- 
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
- 
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
- 
Ability to travel as needed. 
- 
Strong customer service orientation. 
- 
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Malaysia supplement/pharmaceutical industry.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Experience in developing Key Opinions Leaders (KOLs)

Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
