Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kulim, Kedah

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.

  • Prepare Sales Reports for management (Sales Leader and Sales Director/MD).

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the castors and wheels industry or a related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Able to travel around different states in Malaysia to meet customers & to travel to Germany for 1 week training.

  • Must have own transport.
