Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
-
Prepare Sales Reports for management (Sales Leader and Sales Director/MD).
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the castors and wheels industry or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-
Able to travel around different states in Malaysia to meet customers & to travel to Germany for 1 week training.
-
Must have own transport.
