Position: Sales Engineer/Sales Executive
Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during sales pitches, presentations, and client meetings.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions that address their technical and business needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, highlight technical features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns.

Assist in developing sales proposals, technical specifications, and contracts, ensuring all technical details are accurately represented.

Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to any challenges.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to better position the company’s products in the market.

Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure product improvements are aligned with customer feedback.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field like sales.

Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in any sales role in any industry or as an engineer in engineering company

Strong understanding and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design customized solutions for clients.

Aggressive/Taking initiative on approaching potential clients/customers.
-
Must posses own transport.
