Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medispa treatments, packages, and products to clients.

  • Assist customers with consultations and recommend suitable services based on their needs.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in beauty, spa, aesthetic, or wellness industry).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Sales-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional.

  • Able to work retail/spa hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Must possess own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2500 – RM3000 + Commision

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:

Working Days: 6 days work week (1 day off, determined by rotational)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm (1 hour lunch break)- flexible working hours

Location: Bangsar KL (relocate to near Pavilion Damansara)
