Position: Sales Account Manager/ Head of Sales
Location: Ara Damansara, PJ
Responsibilities:

They are looking for Enterprise & Local Government Account Managers to oversee business growth within a portfolio of named enterprise and local government customers.

You will collaborate with solution consultants and marketing experts to develop new business from existing customers and concurrently seek new sales opportunities.

You will plan and execute accounts business plans to support relationships and business growth for the named enterprise accounts.

You will understand customers’ challenges and provide GIS-based solution propositions to help customers meet their business goals, and position GIS-based solutions as the core of your customer’s business operations.

Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Build Customers Relationships

One of your key responsibilities will be to create long term and sustainable trusted advisor relationships with our customers.

You will develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.

You will make the company and yourself the trusted advisors for your customer’s mission-critical operations.
Requirements:
-
3 to 5 years proven track record in enterprise solution sales.
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in public sector especially on the or GLC sales and department organization.

Proven ability to independently manage sales staff and meet sales targets set by management.

Fundamental knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

Positive attitude, proactive, aggressive, and able to work independently.

Must be able to plan, generate, qualify, and close business opportunities.

Good at building and gaining customer engagement and trust.

Familiar with enterprise account sales process/cycle.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Presentation skills are essential for this role.
-
Conducting duties with integrity toward the company is imperative.

Providing transparency and information about work routines or any past or ongoing tasks whenever necessary is also expected.
