Position : Project Manager
Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
Supervise project sites, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Prepare and complete all necessary project documentation, including forms and reports.
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time frame and meet quality expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements:

At least minimum 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office Fit-out projects.
Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
Conduct and lead site meetings, liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Exhibit initiative, continuous learning, and a proactive attitude.
Possess excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
