Personal Assistant

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting Supervisor with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and reconciliation statements.

  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

  • Help with maintaining accurate financial records and organizing documentation for audits.

  • Input and manage data in accounting systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies

  • Serve as a liaison between the Accounting Supervisor and internal teams or external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments for account-related matters.

  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

  • Conduct research and provide data analysis as required.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Order and manage office supplies as needed for the accounting team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education in Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is advantageous

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
