Personal Assistant
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:

Assist the Accounting Supervisor with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and reconciliation statements.

Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

Help with maintaining accurate financial records and organizing documentation for audits.

Input and manage data in accounting systems accurately and efficiently.

Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies

Serve as a liaison between the Accounting Supervisor and internal teams or external stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments for account-related matters.

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

Conduct research and provide data analysis as required.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.

Order and manage office supplies as needed for the accounting team.
Requirements:

Minimum Education in Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is advantageous
-
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
