Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Call clients to arrange appointments and meetings based on availability and preferences.

  • Manage and maintain schedules for team members, ensuring all appointments are organized and prioritized.

  • Coordinate with hospitals and medical facilities to collect necessary reports and documents.

  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointment details and address any questions or concerns.

  • Monitor the status of reports and appointments, providing regular updates to the team.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules and requirements.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
