Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:

Call clients to arrange appointments and meetings based on availability and preferences.

Manage and maintain schedules for team members, ensuring all appointments are organized and prioritized.

Coordinate with hospitals and medical facilities to collect necessary reports and documents.

Follow up with clients to confirm appointment details and address any questions or concerns.

Monitor the status of reports and appointments, providing regular updates to the team.

Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules and requirements.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
